EB-5 Investor Green Card Program

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program allows you to obtain a U.S. Green Card through investment in a U.S. business that creates jobs.

Visa Requirements

• Minimum investment of $800,000 in a TEA or $1,050,000 in a non-TEA
• Investment must be in a new commercial enterprise
• Must create or preserve 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers
• Funds must come from lawful sources
• Investor must be actively involved in the business (for direct investments)

Application Process

• Select your investment project (Direct or Regional Center)
• File Form I-526E (EB-5 Visa Petition)
• Wait for USCIS approval
• Consular processing or Adjustment of Status to obtain Conditional Green Card

Green Card Process

• Receive a Conditional Green Card (valid for 2 years)
• Maintain investment and fulfill job creation requirements
• File Form I-829 to remove conditions after 2 years
• Receive Permanent Green Card upon approval
